I had a really enjoyable stay here and would definitely go back. The staff were both excellent and knowledgeable. The location was beautiful, near a posh restaurant, and Newcastle. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and a great shower. We enjoyed the cozy bar area. The garden was a lovely spot to unwind, and there were nice walking paths nearby to explore. We did miss breakfast as it closed a bit early for us, but I'd definitely recommend trying the dinner menu! 🌟

The cozy ambiance of the inn, paired with fresh locally sourced food, especially during breakfast . The friendly staff were pretty good. The wine list could be improved, a minor letdown during an otherwise fantastic dining experience.

The staff were super nice and cute, and the beer garden was perfect for a chill summer day. Loved the food, all fresh and local which was a big plus. Breakfast was definitely a highlight with loads of fruit and yogurt instead of the usual greasy fry-up. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfy, def gonna return here!
only thing was a bit of noise from nearby rooms at night and the shower could've been better.

Breakfast wrapping up at 9:30 AM might leave some guests scrambling, especially after late nights. While I didn't personally explore it, the wine selection seemed limited, which could be a letdown for wine enthusiasts. The vast beer garden felt inviting, but its seasonal pizza shack might make some guests wish for more dining options during off-peak seasons.
